Booking & Spa Policies 🔹 Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. 🔹 Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service and is non-refundable if you cancel late or no-show. 🔹 Late Arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and marked as a no-show. 🔹 No Extra Guests or Children: To maintain a calm and professional environment, please arrive solo—no extra guests or children are permitted unless being serviced. 🔹 Sick Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule.
